Last night in her Lifetime Achievement Award acceptance speech at the Golden Globe Awards, Meryl Streep said the following:
"This brings me to the press. We need the principled press to hold power to account, to call them on the carpet for every outrage."
Apparently Ms Streep has been in a coma for the last eight years.
What a joke!
